I've had the toy for a couple of years. Its part of a three or four truck set. The others are not PWs.
Anyway, last week I brought home a former Bell System truck. It's now just a chassis-cab with some good drivetrain parts. Has a lever mounted through the firewall to a pivot point on front bumper. No front winch. At one time had a lever through cab floor to PTO, presumably to rear winch. Has steel rod mounted across top of cab, probably to keep winch cable from hitting cab. Also has heavy steel plates mounted along frame. Not welded, but mounted through holes for spring mounts, etc.
I spoke with a guy in michigan, I think, who has two of these trucks with utility bodies.
