It sounds like you definately have a bad bearing, probably on a rod big end, possibly a main. Pull the pan as soon as you can. If you drive it as is you risk block destruction. Oil for the cylinder is carried up through the rod to the small end. When the big end loses its tight fit to the crankshaft, oil flow to the piston is diminished or stopped and the piston seizes in the bore. Then the rod breaks and goes through the cylinder wall. Not pretty. You will probably find the rod bearing is gone as well as the rod being damaged. Let us know what you find, and we will figure where to go from there.
