i do not know all the differences but axle widths are not the same, steering linkage is different, and if you are thinking of putting the WDX body on the M37 frame, the wheel bases are different, i suspect cab mounting etc is different.

if you happen to be near Cincinatti Ohio, i have axles, possibly some rear springs. may have other stuff..parts came from a fella building an m-37 and decided not compatable.
