If your use of a front locker would be in mud, sand or snow it would be great. One con I have noted of the people that use fronts in situations on some extreme trails on the Rocky Mountain PW Rendevous rides as follows: I have seen them come to a very tight obsticle and the front locker wouldn't allow the short turning of the front wheels to the point that this guy had to get the transfer case into two wheel drive to make the turn. 95% of the time this is no problem. In this type of driving taking it out of four wheel drive can some times be life threatning. It would be great if ARB made one for our trucks. With these the locker can be released at the flick of a switch and still have front wheel drive. If you used the truck on the road in ice conditions for instance you would find it would tend to drastic over steering or in other words it would want to keep going straight and not go around the turn. In the early 60's the International Scout came out and they were all stock equiped with front and back limited slip diffs. It said "All Wheel Drive" on the fender emblems and they didn't lie. After 2 or 3 years they Would only give the front locker as optional equipment because of over steering compalints.
