EGR Valve. Exaust Valve Reseculation. You said the truck past the higher rpm test,not idle test. EGR valve does not work at idle only at the higher rpms.CO means you need to lean out the carb. Yous the mixture screws at the base of the carb. 2 screws, turn in to lean and out for richer.EGR controls NOX at the higher rpms. Hope this info helps. Bill
