The folks that already buy stuff "done" probably have alot more money than I'll ever see and 20 other ones to go with the one they just bought. I'll go out on a limb and say the main difference between us and them is them's got the money but no pride/satisfaction in a job well done. Us's got no money and take great pride/satisfaction in putting our OWN fingerprints in every nook and cranny of whatever project we're doing. Fix it up too nice probably them will buy it and have minimal meaning. Sell as is, us'll buy it and appreciate it always. This may seem cynical to some I prefer realistic. My wife and I both feel this way whether it be autos, houses, or anything that this could apply to.
