consider building a small rotating manual boom using a 1ton or larger spindle and hub with a rectangular tubing boom like a eng. hoist using the long ram cylinder with maybe a hand operated winch.you'd be able to jack it or hoist it up plus you'd have a extendable boom.Of course you'd probably need a manual out rigger on the rear bumper where it would be mounted. Look in northern tools catalog most of the items are listed and not too costly.
