I believe that your fuel mileage will increase proportionally, not absolutely. If you are getting very low mileage, such as 5 mpg, then you will probably get 5.7 mpg or so. If you are getting 15 mpg, then you will probably get about 17 mpg. Both gains, in this example represent a 13.3% increase in fuel mileage. You will get other benefits such as more power and easier starting.
