is standard on the W200 for those years, althought a 9' could have been ordered on a Power Giant 200.

I used a 57 D100 bed on my old 57 W100, had the fender cutout for the spare, it looked correct. If the CA measurement is the same on both trucks, it should work. CA = cab-to-axle.
