When I was in high school my neighbor bought his 16 year old daughter a K30 crewcab duelly,bright yellow,it was referred to as the backwoods taxicab,nobody ever ran into her
and it was to slow to get into trouble with.
Someone once asked my townie/yuppie wife if it made her nervous,our young son in that "old" truck.Her reply,"It's the biggest,reddest thing on the highway how could he be more safe".Also if you have to fix it yourself when you tear it it up you won't tear it up as much,don't ask me how I know this
