Anyone here try aftermarket TBI?

TBI = Throttle Body Injection, which is similar to fuel injection, except TBI injects where the carb was, and true fuel injection injects directly into the ports.

Main considerations:

Reliability?
Does it work at extremem angles?
Ease of tuning?
Smooth running?
