Graco, Titan, Wagner.... just dont mess with diaphram type. Rent the piston type. A 24" tip extension is good idea. Use a 417 or 517 tip for large areas (those have .017 orifices with 8" & 10" fans respectively. A 313 (.013 with 6" fan) for tighter areas. Rent from a paint store, they (employees)know more than the Lowe's/Home Depot guys usually.

Strain your paint. Yes new paint has settling & clogs filters on the rigs.

Don't get an airless injection (shooting yourself & getting paint into your bloodstream, fatal). Some rigs are capable of over 3000 PSI..... be safe.

Mask everything you don't want painted. Don't let neighbors see you spray, they will want you to buy them a new car or something.
