Tom, This is for my 64. The NP435 tranny replaced the NP420 in 1964. The W100 and 200 were about the same. The W300 had the 318-3 engine with 204hp, positive valve rotators and other heavy duty valve components and a roller timing chain.

W200 might have the 3500 lb axle (large knuckle)
