Can't speak for Grainger, but I have 3 NAPA stores within 20 minutes and they couldn't pull together an intelligent counterman if they gathered them all in one spot. On top of that,never having what I need in stock and the quality of the NAPA brand very lousy. As much as I hate to admit this, I get better service and name brand parts in stock at the local O'Riellys.
