We have a machine that does both functions as well, also drills and counter bores rivet holes in the lining material. Bought from a local automotive machine shop years ago for $75 when they elected to get out of the lining business; still performs perfect today. We use it often, mainly for attaching linings to e-brake bands these days. Still line and radius some brake shoes also.
