Get bronze bushings off eBay. There are many sellers. A place called Industrial Solutions, or something like that, did a good job for me. Search for bronze bushings.
Get the sizes off the parts interchange page at this site. Then do a search on eBay.
You may have to ream out the bushings after they are press fit in. I just drilled them out.
