I sold a truck to a guy years ago that did what your are talking about. You definitely need a loading dock to get the truck inside the rental.

Jim hauled a truck for me last fall and was very fair on price and even compared to me flying and driving the truck back it was still cheaper.

Have it hauled if its any more then 250 miles!
