OEM companies do not use grade 3 or grade 5 on their suspension parts . Same goes for Aircraft . Grade 8 , grade 10 and grade 12 can be found all over aircraft and grade 8 bolts are used on OEM suspension .
Door hinge bolts and seat belt bolts are often grade higher than grade 8 , seat belt bolts can go as high as grade 12 .
