Just finished cleaning up the rusty floor board on my FFPW. The needle scaler I used works so much better than anything else I have used to break loose rust scale. In case you haven't used one, the needle scaler ia an air operated hand-held tool that has a number of hardened long pins that vibrate up and down.

The needle scaler is powerful enough to break loose the rust without damaging the floor board.

Harbor Freight has the small one, which is the right size, I think, on sale for 20.00.
