'01 Dodge electrical problems

As we were driving home from work tonight all of a sudden my radio went blank. Also my wipers and turn signals quit on me. I checked all fuses but see nothing blown. My lights work and fan work. Any ideas of where to start looking. This happened once before but I don't remember what I did or found to fix it. This is my 01 3500 with a Cummins. Help please.
