winch problem

Was going to help my friend cutting down a very big tree , so we were using the wm300 to hold it using the winch , but we had a hard time to engaged it , finaly we did , but when I was ready to drive home , I could´t disengaged it , so now the shaft are turning all the time , any ideas ?
