I don't know about the 300 but I fit one of my spare '01 alloys on my W200 to see how they might work. The Rams have larger studs but it appeared everything would work fine except the lug nut taper was a pretty small diameter for the Ram wheels. I didn't drive it, I just bolted one to the front axle to see if it could work.
