Mark, they are not. The distance under the cab is almost double on the 1.5 ton truck, and it is set up for two wheel drive, meaning the floor is completely different. The doors, dash, windshield etc all fit, so if one were to cut the whole floor off the 1.5 ton, and add the floor pan of the PW, it would work, but it would not be easy. Matt
