That's because when you show up at the scrap yard with 230,000 lbs of ground-up army trucks, they're going to want some proof that you own it. They don't mean that they will give you SF97s on the trucks.
What's very weird about that listing is the GL took 104 pictures of the trucks from all angles, inside and out, tools inside the shop van, miles on the odometers, etc., as if a buyer might care that it was all in nice shape before he crushed it.
