I hope she had insurance. I found out about uninsured drivers a couple years ago. What really burned me that time was the judge dismissed her "no insurance" ticket even though she had no insurance, never got insurance, and was responsible for a wreck that did $4000 worth of damage to my $1500 car. The judge knew all that and still dismissed the ticket. I suspect it was her surname that did the trick. Later on, after I sued her in small claims court, the judge had to give me the default judgment against her because she didn't bother showing up.
Anyway, I'm glad you're okay, and hope your rig's okay too.
