the 22.5 will fit on a 20 spoke. the 22.5 means it is a tubless rim. the 20 inch tire itself will not fit on the 22.5 rim. you will need to get 10R.225, 11R.22.5, 12R22.5 . to confuse you even more the 10R22.5 tire and rim is the same size as a 900x20 tube type tire. the 11R22.5 is the same as a 10.00x20 and the 12R22.5 is the same as a 1100x20 tire and rim. the R is for radial
