That's what the "$4.00 a Gallon" President and his Energy Secretary want. The ES said something along the lines of "We must get Fuel up around $4.00 a gallon to discourage it's use. This clown is from, where else, the SF Bay Area. He and his boss have succeded in doing that and then some. Whatever economic recovery was going on, it's going to die real soon with these prices. Inflation is going to go through the roof also. What a pickle we are all in.
