The Midland part number was stamped into the hex cap (your pic #2) on the end of the cylinder. Sometimes rust has made the stamping illegible. The rebuild kits generaly fit a series of booster models. The most important requirement of the rebuilding of the booster is having a cylinder that is not deeply pitted. If the cylinder is deeply pitted, it will require sleeving.
