No way is that an original motor with turbo.
The 220 Cummins was never a turbo either. I'm not saying they weren't around but not very many and mostly only in off road equipment.
In fact many of owner operators at the time would re power there trucks with industrial engines to get the power.
The early Cummins of that time period had a gear driven "super charger" in off road applications.
Turbo chargers in the automotive truck market were rare until the late 60's. Early 70's you started seeing Moore of them mostly in the Caterpillar brand.
