After seeing the bomb hoist and the blue paint I thought maybe your truck was used by the Navy. I was hoping your S.O. number would be for a government order but its not.
Your truck was sold through a Dodge Truck Center. Truck Centers stocked lots of trucks including the large semis to be available for sale to any of the local dealers in that region. In exchange for stocking all these trucks the factory gave them a better price than the normal dealer. This allowed a dealer that stocked only D100s to be able to sell a W300 or a D500 instantly with only a phone call.
Your truck was an early model year order so I would guess your serial number to be close to 2461 110000.
