Anything is possible with creative fabrication. I can not answer your question as I never did any measurements or even considered mounting under the cab. Mounting dual circuit Master Cylinders has been done.

Go to the first page of the forum, click on LINKS, then scroll down to "Ken and Lindas Power Wagon Restoration Page. Ken and Linda
have mounted a dual circuit Master Cylinder on the frame rail and have good pictures.
