... paint the "lock" edge of each lever red, and the "free" edge green - then it is obvious of the levers are in different positions. which will break these hubs every time.
Especially handy on the 4 lever model on my W-500, easy to miss one otherwise. I once saw photos of an 8 lever Dualmatic for a 5 Ton military truck application.
