I was trying to find that, but couldn't. Note the special shape to the tow bar. That comes from having it slip off the pintle hitch and dig itself into the dirt.
I've also towed them like this without using a tow bar. In that case I sling an old tire on the back of the truck for the towed vehicle to bang into.
