It also depends on the springs that you have in the truck. I would be hard to give you a height unless someone else has the same spring and tire set up.
Another way to do it. If you know the clearnance you had with the garage door before and you have not changed your springs you can measure the radius of the tires (mounted and inflated)that you had on the truck before verses the new 11 x 16 Michelins (mounted and inflated). That will give you an idea of the added height.
The michelins will be close to 39" tall and you most likely had between 33 to 35" tires before (assuming 9.00 X 16 tires). So you will gain a minimum 2 to 2.5 inches and I would be looking at 3". I gained several inches when I went from 9.00 X 16 Power King tires to 9.00 X 16 Michelins. I had to take the spot light off the roof to get into my garage after the tire change.
