Fifty years ago, the worst thing you could say about a product was that it was "Made in Japan".
In another 50 years (probably much less) "Made in China" will be a sign of high quality.
The Chinese can make just about anything we want at any quality level we will pay for.
A major reason for the junk we get is that we push for the lowest prices.
