I ain't no expert, but lots of people have called me an "cranky old man"

1) key off, engine in neutral, brake set/ wheels chocked.
2) choke set, pump pedal, appropriately
3) thumb to back, NOT wrapped around handle, crank it through several strokes, just to get fresh charge into cylinders. Do all cranking on the 'yank it upwards on the passenger side' stroke.
4) stop when the crank is in the 7-8:00 position, on compression. Go turn the key on. (NOT a two man job, don't want somebody turning the key on before the cranker is ready) Heave the crank upward, firing that one cylinder. The Dodge will take care of the rest.

My timing is set at +10°, might be better if you use the stock setting of zero.

I initially practiced on an engine that was already warmed up.
