Brought a brand new floor standing cabinet from Harbor Freight. It has a syphon feed system. Blasted a 230 water outlet, long elbow. It took me ten minutes. I swear a desert breeze would work faster. Which was as I expected, having used a friend's before.

Next, drain the sand into the pressure pot, route the P.P. hose in through the back vent.

Set the PP to my left/rear. Right hand into the cab's glove to grab the nozzle, turn on the air to the pot with left hand, open sand valve with left foot, and Bah WOOSH! Al Bundy's toilet never worked so good !

Too much air pressure overloads the shop vac dust extractor, so I had to cut it down to about 40 psi. My true four horse comp keeps up. The PP looks like the vertical cylindrical one from H.F., I think $129 ? I first loaded it with one five gallon bucket full, since that is my limit when it comes to drain the cabinet to refill the PP. That 50-60 pounds of sand lasted about 20 minutes, while I did a whole bumper extension with bracket and hook. My guess is about 4x as fast as the syphon feed.

I'll be punching a hole for a big grommet next, so there is more flexibility to that fat sand blast hose within the cabinet.

And I think I'll move the dust collection nozzle to a very corner too. Better exhaust flow that way.
