Hi Jerry,
The rear used a rubber washer and shims( Large washer's) as required.
Front use's wood block with a rubber washer between the frame mount and wood block(go figure but that'
s illustration from the Dodge Manual's), then shim's(large washer's) between cab and wood as required.
I think the original rubber washer's were actually fiber pad's.
Right front and both rears use the long bolt and spring, left front uses the 5/8 dia. bolt and nut tightened securely.
Don't know about the 1 1/4 nuts, unless they were used as shim's?
