"Official" value Dodge 6X6

I am attempting to get a title by bond here in Wyoming. The state insists I need some official guide to value ie Blue book, NADA etc. Is there anyplace that one can find an "official" value for a 1944 dodge 6X6 ??

The other option is valuation by a licensed dealer-we don't have one in town.
