You can get the heater switch you are looking for on ebay. Type in "Dodge Truck Blower" or "Mopar Truck Blower" or "Dodge Truck Heater Switch". There are several different styles. Add the year of your truck for the right style. You will have to purchase the knob and shaft seperately. It will have a big "B" and you will see it in the same search results.
On my website: www.imageevent.com/dad2nick you will see a photo of the brake junction block and brake signal switch for a dual brake set-up. You should find the switch on ebay or at NAPA.
My 1967 WM300 has the NP420 with the reverse light switch. If yours does not have the switch mount in the top you can get a top from a later NP420.
