Hi Dan. You should be able to buy the brass fitting and stop light switch at NAPA. Should be a TEE with 3 brake fitting openings and a fourth hole threaded for the stop switch.
If you don't have a NAPA store, I can check with the one here for you. I'd be glad to pick one up and send it to you if you need. Just need to know the size of your brake lines and if they are all male ends.
Did you ever have a chance to look for some part to put together some PW hubs for me?
