I would have made a complaint to the bereau of automotive repair or whatever term they use for it in new york.They have the power to shut down a business that has too many complaints or discover a pattern to the complaints.They can be bastards sometimes. That may bring fear to the dealership more than threat of a lawsuit. Steve
