people have dumped dogs over our fence we
have 5+ acres with chain link fence
first was LBH (little brown homeless dog)
then What, then Gary black lab, and then
dumper little white dog. We take them to our
vet for neuter and shots and keep them.
it is a problem everwhere.
we also have a yellow lab that we got from
the local shelter and a few of our old show
dogs (cocker spanials)
the cockers have their own 1 acre fenced in
park and the big dogs are in the main yard
all come into the kennel for the night
people dump their pets like they dump their
kids
