sure if you can find the right arm for the carb and then you need the link that goes inbetween the bell crank and carb arm. that is why I asked if it is removeable. if not you can grind the end of the shaft where it is peend over holding the existing arm and remove arm and make one or install one that is correct. The earlier cars had removeable arms on the carbs. you can find NOS linkage kits on ebay sometimes with the parts you need. I have bought a few of the kits on ebay that were part numbers for other mopars but they contained enough of the right pieces to finish the job. here are some examples in the link. different sets pop up regularly.
