Is it really a Parts/Donor truck ? Its a tad rough, maybe two feet in the grave, but it can be bought at the right price. So you buy it, drag it home and then scratch your head trying to figure out what parts are worth pulling off.

But, stop....step back and take a long hard look at this poor miserable disaster.
Could it be brought back to life, not just life but, a well respected beautiful piece of old iron. You say to yourself, I dont know how to do the work required. Well, maybe its time to hit the learning curve and learn the new processes required to truly bring her back to life. Some areas you may be strong in. Other areas you might not have a clue. With all the skills and high skill level of 'many' of the guys on the forum, we could carry you through the new learning curve. Make it a long term project, you end up with a beautiful truck, you learn new skills, you stand back and look at your truck and say "I did it".

I agree, not every truck can be saved. Some are just to far gone. But I fear to many of our old iron are being parted, then scrapped, when in reality they can be saved. My Carryall was really only worth a few parts, then crush. I put my hand on the cold rusted fender and said HEAL ! I sure gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in that project. You can do it also.
