Any good rental store will have an ICS cement saw, (concrete chain saw) trouble is the rentals usually just have the two stroke version. ICS has a hydraulic one but are they are very expensive. If the area is well ventilated you could rent one. In a basement I would hire the company suggested below and be done with it.
