Do you have a good air compressor? Even a small impact hammer will make short work of that old concrete jack hammer even better. If you want a nice edge cut it first with your circularsaw and a masonary blade as deep as it will go then whack away. Hate to admit doing stuff like that but when you have these old city buildings things come up.
