Caleb, I bought my Thermal Dynamics in 2002. I use it a lot from sheet to heavy steel. However, I am not a fab shop in daily production. Buy the largest Plasma you can afford (within reason) then you can handle any job. Its much like buying a trailer to small, then buying the next size up, and finally buying the large tandem you should have bought in the first place. A lot of money was lost.
The only problem I ever had with my Thermal Dynamics was when I dropped the air diffuser while cleaning the gun and stepped on it and crushed it LOL !!
