i swear by mobil one synthetic in anything gas powered. too expensive for my new diesel megacab that seems to want an oil change every 3500 miles by the indicator. my last 3 gm trucks were all sold in perfect working condition with between 200-300k miles. brakes, tires, wear items only. preventative maint is the key.
