Maybe the 1 tons, but I've swapped axles on W200 Sweptlines up to 1993 and they all had the same spring perch locations within 3/8".
I'm running a 1985 W300 axle in the front of my 61 W200, no difference in width or perch location.
After 1972 you get disc brakes in W300 and down.
